Bramhamuhurta is the time intended for Meditation (worshiping the supreme) and studying.
Pratahakaal (morning) is also called as ‘Amrut vela’. (Creepers of Nectar) Pure air, pure water, pure earth, pure light, pure space are Panchamrut (5 ambrosia) of nature. In the morning itself one can get these five elements pure and pollution free.
